Review: AkaAza Sky Bar @ Amara Hotel
TheAkaAza Sly Bar at Amara Hotelis one of the cheapest sky bars in Bangkok. Without annoying dress code, but with reasonable prices at the happy hour from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm and with a dream view over the city, the AkaAza delights its guests enormously. Admission is free, only the great Infinity pool is reserved for hotel guests of the Amara Hotel. Tip: If you want to stay in a good hotel with really cool infinity-pool and sky bar, then you should book your room at the hotel. The AkaAza rooftop bar is located on the 26th floor of the Amara Hotel Bangkok, which is a luxury hotel in the heart of Bangkok.
On the rooftop terrace you find one of Bangkok's coolest rooftop swimming pools, unfortunately only available to guests staying at the hotel. A truly luxurious infinity rooftop pool with amazing views of the Bangkok skyline and all the skyscrapers. However, the terrace also holds the AkaAza Bar, a really great rooftop bar / pool bar, open for everyone to enjoy poolside drinks with a view. The bar serves a wide range of cocktails, both different Prosecco and Martini cocktails, along with signature and classic ones. All at very decent prices. There is also a smaller food menu with some different bar bites. The decor at Amara Bangkok Hotel rooftop bar is comfortable, with a mix of lounge chairs and a few regular tables. For poolside vibes during the days and softer lounge vibes at night, all with views, great service and decent prices, the AkaAza rooftop bar is really some what a hidden gem among the rooftop bars in Bangkok.
